Food & drinks (that includes the morning coffee/tea), depending on the season, the local shop may not have backups of what you need and you won't want to be left short if you can avoid it.
Drinking water - we have an unplumbed rainwater tank that we use for drinking water, but the water that is plumbed to the sinks inside contains bore water (which can affect those with sensitive tummies.)
Cooking oils, seasonings, sauces
Coffee bean grounds for the coffee machine
Bed linen, etc.
Fitted and top sheets (we have 2x Queen, 1x Double and 3x Single beds)

Nappies and wipes (if you have a baby)

Alcohol - if you're a drinker, make sure you bring enough. There is a small pub, but the supplies can be limited.
