5 night stays: Friday, Saturday or Sunday check in only. 6 night stays: Friday or Saturday check in only.

BOOKING INFORMATION

  • 5-night minimum stay.
  • Friday changeover only.
  • Refundable $400 bond/deposit due within 1 week of booking.
  • Bond can be rolled forward to future booking if property is left in satisfactory condition and future dates allow.
  • Bookings cannot be made more than 12 months in advance.
  • Payment in full required 4 weeks before check-in.

  • 2pm check-in
  • 10am check-out

  • Property is to be left clean and tidy upon check-out.
  • Breakages are to be reported prior to check-out.
  • If you have accidentally taken something home that is not yours, you must replace or return it at your own expense.

CHECK AVAILABILITY

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations incur a $60 fee.


$400 deposit is non-refundable if you cancel less than 8 weeks before your arrival. 


If cancelling within 8 weeks of your booking, any balance payments made will be refunded but your initial $400 deposit is not refundable. 


 If you cancel your booking within four 4 weeks of your arrival date, no refund will be made unless we are able to refill your booking. 



The above cancellation policy may differ from Airbnb/Stayz platforms, so these conditions apply to any private booking made direct through Caylah.
